This cartoon reflect the situation in Thailand during the flood crisis. Whereby since the residents were alarm about the potential flooding that might occur in the near future in their location, consequently people rush out to stock up water for supply in usage during the time when they cannot conveniently travel out of their home due to the high level of water, and thus in supermarkets the lack of drinking water supplies becomes the norm, as choices are limited to availiability.
